Based in Virginia Beach, VA, this company provides transportation, logistics, and parking opportunities in the industry. Born in Norfolk, VA, she set out to help other businesses become successful. LAR Solutions Co, has helped other businesses develop systems, policies and procedures, as well as creating training manuals. Letitia has a Bachelor Science degree in Psychology and has had a successful career in Finance for the last 15 years. Leveraging her experience as an underwriter and mortgage loan originator, she helped other business owners achieve strong financial standings and really understand their numbers.
Pivoting into a full scale logistics company has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. She has led the company to exponential growth and contributed to the success of clients and customers alike. As a woman and minority owned company, she has overcome many obstacles to become a force in supply chain logistics. Her mission now is to impact others in the industry and guide newcomers as she showcases the many opportunities available.
Ronald Nelson
Chief Financial Officer of LAR Solutions Co, LLC
Ronald brings with him a strong background in finance and business management. Ronald has a wide range of financial knowledge from a career in mortgage lending and loan origination. He also holds a certification in Supply Chain Logistics from Virginia Wesleyan University.
Ronald’s core responsibilities include accounting, vendor management, forecasting and projection. He also manages relationships with banking and lending partners to give the company a strong foundation. As a critical member of the leadership team, Ronald’s ability to adapt to industry trends is invaluable. He is also proficient at data reporting and analysis. Ron’s extensive knowledge and business acumen have made him core member of the leadership team.
